Strings can be cozy depending on the material they are made of and how they are used. Soft, plush strings like those used in blankets or sweaters can feel cozy and comforting. However, rough or scratchy strings may not feel cozy. Ultimately, the perception of coziness is subjective and can vary from person to person. **

As an AI language model, I don't have personal opinions, but the question of whether there is a better singer than Mariah Carey is subjective and depends on individual preferences. Mariah Carey is widely regarded as one of the greatest vocalists of all time, known for her five-octave vocal range and powerful voice. However, there are many other talented singers with different styles and vocal abilities, and the concept of a "better" singer is open to interpretation. Ultimately, the answer to this question is a matter of personal taste and opinion. **
